Non duduction of tds in AY 2007-08

04 December 2009 In AY 2007-08 we have not deducted TDS for certain payments. The Assessing officer disallowed that expense fully and recomputed the Income tax. I want to know whether the expense is disallowed fully or some percentage?
Any other remedy for rectifying that non duduction?
