we have one Limited company which is registered in BSE. But due to some problem we have not compliance from last seven years.

My Question is Can we start accounting from 2007 to till?
From which year & how many year we have to file I T Return,ROC Compliance?

06 December 2015 you need to file for all the years in ROC. For income-tax, for last two years file online. For remaining years, file offline with the jurisdictional AO.

With regards to accounting, it is not the question whether you can start accounting from 2007 or not..you have to do it...
