Non Allotment in IPO

I had applied 4 lots (68 shares) in Moil Ltd IPO but nothing has been alloted to me. I believe as per rule either minimum shares or proportionate shares should need to be alotted.
Please let me know what are the remedies available to me and how it can be exercised.

you can first demand a clarification from company, then can file a complain to SEBI website
