New Pvt Ltd Company is proposed to be incorporated with two subscribers –

1. XYZ Pvt Ltd and
2. A (individual),
nominee subscriber for XYZ Pvt Ltd.

Query

Whether there are any forms involved for having A, as a nominee subscriber.

16 March 2011 Mr. A can be appointed as nominee of XYZ Pvt. Ltd. No forms to be file for having Mr. A as nominee subscriber.

After the incorporation of Company, since the beneficial interest in the share held by Mr. A vests with XYZ Pvt. Ltd. u will have to comply with the provisions of section 187C of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Declaration of Beneficial Interest) Rules,
