Noc form tenant by subtenant

21 October 2020 Sir, one of my client is taken sub lease from original lessee. Here my doubt is 1.noc for incorporation of company is taken form lessee or landlord.
2. If NOC is teken from lessee, what proof should attached along with NOC. The power bill is in the name of land.
Please suggest any solution

22 October 2020 Take NOC from land lord no problem will arise. Lessee is legally not competent to give NOC.
