06 October 2009 CAn any body have a format of NOC given by Parent co. to its subsy for change the name of company.

06 October 2009 there is no such kind of NOC under the law.

As when the general meeting is hold, the Parent Company will vote in favour for change of name.

NOC FOR USING THE NAME OF THE COMPANY

The following resolution was passed for giving No Objection to the Registrar of Companies for obtaining the availability of name â€œReliance Fruits Pvt. Ltdâ€ or any other name starting with Reliance being incorporated having Mr. R and Mrs. A as its promoters/directors. The following resolution was passed unanimously:

RESOLVED THAT consent of the board be and is hereby accorded for having no objection if a company with the name of â€˜Reliance Fruits Pvt. Ltdâ€™ or with any other name starting with Reliance being incorporated having Mr. R and Mrs. A as its promoters/ directors.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. R for onward submission with the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur.
