Is No Objection Certificate is required to be issued by director if his premises is taken on lease for using address of registered office of the Company. Can anyone please provide me the format.

bearing No. 4/105,..........., M.G.Road .P.O, Ernakulam -682016 and that I have NO OBJECTION to use the said building as registered office by the company viz., .......................... .............. PRIVATE LIMITED .
This NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE is issued to produce before the Registrar of
Companies, Kerala and Lakshadweep in connection with the incorporation of the
above said company.
