No salary slips

14 July 2012 Dear Sir

I am working in a private organisation where i am not getting salary slips so in that case what will i do although i can give Account statement where i had deposited my monthly salary will that work.

please let me know the complete procedure to file return.

14 July 2012 You may also get in writing a "Salary Certificate" on the letter head of the employer certifying that you were employed there and during the Financial Year , you were paid Salary of Rupees XXXXX/-

15 July 2012 Thanks Mr Bafna , but let me clear one more thing in that case can i file the tax online or not and what about the tax deduction at source as my yearly salary is not taxable but from last 5-6 yrs i am submitting my returns when i was working with some other employer where such salary slip issue was not there

15 July 2012 If any tax has been deducted on Salary you may get information about the same through Form 26AS at incometaxindiaefiling website.

You can e-file your return by not going into TDS details.
