24 July 2009 Whether different no of shares can be alloted in different share certificate of a company.
Whether minimum ceiling is 1 share per share certificate and maximum ceiling may be any number of shares per share certificate.

Yes different no of shares can be alloted in different share certificate of a company.

Your observation about ceiling is also correct. However it is nowhere mentioned in law.
