In interview or in general it is asked:
How many attempts you took to clear ur degree Please give me one good reason, how does it matter???

It really matters, coz it shows the ability of the candidate. 3 attempts means u failed 2 times. Hence a MNC like RIL, Infosys, Tata, L&T bla bla will not prefer a faliure candidate.
