Nil return for domestic company

Dear sir, we have a company with no transactions from last two years, now we need to file the nil return for that domestic company. kindly guide us thew procedure to file a nill return to company.

under which Act? Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT?
There is no separate procedure for Income tax. Just enter the balance sheet and profit and loss details and upload the return. There would be some expenses of statutory nature i presume, like audit or ROC fees etc.
