My client EXCLUSIVELY deals in HSN 7117 Bangles of lac/ shellac on which CGST and SGST is 0%. He is exceeding minimum threshold of 20 Lakhs and estimated turnover for current year is 50 Lakhs, Do he require to take GST Registration?

No need to take Registration under GST if his supply of goods and services is excempted under GST irrespective of turn over...
*** But, The above said code is shown 3% GST...?
