How many steps are besides after receiving incorporation certificate from ROC.

A private limited company can commence business immediately after receiving incorporation certificate.
However a public limited company cannot commence business till it obtains certificate of commencement of business.
It should hold its first board meeting immediately to
- allot shares;
- adopt its common seal;
- appoint auditors; etc.
