21 July 2010 Hi all. I just cleared my c.a exam and my age is 33 yrs. can any body tell me, will i get problem in getting placement? Plz Help me as its very urgent. Also if some body know someone who have got placement at this age.

22 July 2010 Firstly, join one good chartered accountancy firm if you are self employed and engaged in part time.

Have an indepth knowledge and experience by spending 3 more years in a BIG CA FIRM if you want to go into practice in future.

If you wish to go into job market; apply for those post only where you are confident enough. Regularly update your knowledge about that subject.

Don't accept any employment where you don't know what you can do there even if good money is offered to you.

I am sure; if you have good exposure in accounts, auditing and taxation; door are open for you - whatever sector you choose.

You can take help of your seniors also. Because job market is easily available with the help of some reference. It is my practical experience.

Approach some good CA firms and ask them if they can provide any job in the industry.

Surprisingly; you will find that they will offer you to remain in their firm !!
