New transfer regulations

05 April 2009 well....i wanna know one thing...the new announcement says that an article is restricted to take a transfer in the first 6 and last 12 months.....so, can a transfer be taken during the interim period....Further, can a transfer be taken on the grounds of bad and hectic work hours ????

05 April 2009 But if you will take transfer between the period, other limits are also specified there as....unless his/her working parent(s) is/are transferred.....shall not re-register articles in the same city or within 50 Kms radius .....specified genuine medical reasons.
So must also have to consider these points.
