New transfer regulations

well....i wanna know one thing...the new announcement says that an article is restricted to take a transfer in the first 6 and last 12 months.....so, can a transfer be taken during the interim period....Further, can a transfer be taken on the grounds of bad and hectic work hours ????

But if you will take transfer between the period, other limits are also specified there as....unless his/her working parent(s) is/are transferred.....shall not re-register articles in the same city or within 50 Kms radius .....specified genuine medical reasons.
