I am new to share market and i want to do Short term trading. Can any one suggest me about what factors to be considered while investing in a company's share.

You are required to give details about your PAN no., Address proof and all other details which generally are needed to be given while opening a bank Account. In addition, you need to give the bank account details with which , your demat account is linked.
Online trading facility is provided by many like ICICI Direct, India Bulls, Reliance Money, Religare etc. I m using ICICI direct, although it has high commission but ,it has good online facility. Rest depends upon individuals preferences.
