29 May 2010 Can any one guide, how to invest in shares?

What are the factors to be considered to invest in a company's share? Its urgent plz guide me breifly

29 May 2010 Investment in Stock should be made after careful consideration of the company. First, you have to decide whats your objective short term or long term. I recommend you to invest with a long term perspective. Invest in various companies in diffrent sectors which will diversify your portfolio and minmise the risk. The factors which should be considered are:-
1) Nature of company's business
2) Its financials. Read the last annual report if possible. Look into Sales, Profit in particular
3) Look at the sector in which its working if its look promising than the company has growth potential

Important of all if you want to invest in stock market dont get in temptation of making quick money because it will also lead to quick losses therby making you scared of it
