As per new TDS rules we have to pay the TDS online. No challans to be used. and also to file the online return in form 17 something like? Is is applicable our still we can use old system on TDS payament and filing quaterly returns.

You have to pay tax online using old challan . Form 17 is deffered till 31st March 2010.
Tds payment is made by online and return is filed quarerly as per old systme.

CBDT has postponed the new rules of TDS.
