26 June 2009 Can any one please tell me about the new TDS provisions which is effect from july 09. Whether the procedure is notified and what is the procedure of payment and other procedures and status of quartely filing of E-TDS returns.

26 June 2009 New procedure of TDS is fully explained in circular no:02/2009 you may access it at incometaxindia.gov.in.

However, more chances are these will be defered to any next time.
