My client has started n New Firm name as Samata Vasatigruha which was work for Orphan students. Please tell me how to obtain TAN number & In which category applicable to that case.Thanks In Advance.

You can apply online for new TAN. Or you can file the application at nsdl centre.
Category will be partnership firm as they have started new firm (assuming it is not registered as trust).
