New syllabus

20 June 2015 Dear Experts

I enrolled for PE-2 and later switchover to IPCC in 2010 but not appeared for exams even though paying exam fee.

Could you please guide me whether the new syllabus came into force and can I switchover to new syllabus by paying the amount and appear for May 2016
