09 April 2013 As of now I am a salaried employee working with a Private Limited Manufacturing Firm.
I wish to discontinue my Job and become a self-employed Individual.
-I need help to gain Trade license-What is a trade license: how do I get a trade license
-Is there any process to register a Proprietor ship company (ROC or any other government body)
-I need loan for setup of my business
REFERENCE FOR LOAN:
My current Salary is 42500 per month and I have ITR for 5, 50,000 INR which include other income.
I have prepared a Project report and the entire project cost is 48lakhs INR which also include working capital of the initial few month. I need a Loan of 35Lakhs.My problem is I don’t not have any security or collateral. I wish assistance From Step A to Step Z for loan under CGTSME scheme for SME in Mumbai or a business loan or Personal Loan of Business Setup. I will start up a Sole Proprietorship Firm and it is a Manufacturing Unit. Please assist me with further information with regards to the mentioned Query.

29 May 2013 To start a Proprietorship firm first of all you have to choose a name.
Next step you select the place from where you want to start a business
Next you apply for trade licence which is give by the Corporation. You have to fill up the form and deposit the fee. This will take few days time or you directly ask the officer how much time it will take I think he may help you and give you the Licence within a week
Next you have to apply for another licence which is called Gumasta Licence and this the only registration for Proprietorship business.
Next you have to pay the professional tax.

For loan you have to open a Current Account and you have to do transaction in the bank from which you are interested in taking loan. After a month you submit the proposal for SME loan. You might be given loan for Bill discounting against hypothetication of stock. You may write to ssunderagarwal@gmail.com for further clarification etc. etc.
