if a person wo is doing business of wholesale medicines
as unregistered dealer
he got registration under GST as on 27/07/2017
now my query is
can he got ITC of purchases which were made before registration
if yes explain the process

Yes ITC from 1 July available if GSTIN received in July.
Communicate your GSTIN with all your purchase dealers.
