My client doing both manufacturing and service job work under textiles. If take one gst registration or separate registration for manufacturing and textiles job work service?

If single registration is sufficient for both manufacturing textile goods and jobwork service , explain sir

30 July 2017 Single registration is sufficient in registration select manufacturing and service provision.

30 July 2017 Usually single registration is the default. However if a registrant wants and can justify, they MAY apply for multiple registration in same state. Justification will be if the registrant has different business verticals having different risks. But it is upto registrant and not a compulsion as they have written MAY apply.
