In budget 15-16 new rate of excise duty has been announced 12.36 to 12.5%.
So what is the effective date of levy of tax @ 12.5%?

EXCISE DUTY IS EFFECTED FROM 01.03.15 BUT SERVICE TAX WILL EFFECTED AFTER ENACTMENT.
