New provision of TDs w.e.f. 01.10.09

14 November 2009 Dear All,
Please guide me for new provision of TDs which is being effective from 01.10.09 under which companies are not liable to Deduct tDS on many thing.
Please provide me notification if any one can.

14 November 2009 There is no notification as such. Rates are determined according to part 11 of The First Schedule to The Finance Act along with the rates prescribed in the respective sections.
