I submited company name change form in MCA online but ROC not issue a new certificate in new company name.so I request you to help me draft a application for certificate issue

Letter to ROC is not the correct solution of this problem.
You are hereby suggested to visit ROC office personally and figure out the problem persisting in your case.
Also take copy of ROC forms challan with urself.
