New Income tax website and e-verification

I had file ITR 4 for AY 2021-22 on 10.06.21 and had tried many times to e-verify the ITR vide Aadhar OTP but could not succeed. Please guide me .

It's working fine. You can try once again. I believe the mobile number on which you are expecting aadhar OTP is the one which is registered with the aadhar. Because it's generally misunderstood that for the purpose of ITR, OTP will be received on the mobile number registered in income tax portal.
