Sir i have joined articleship on 12th june 2012 and i have taken termination of my articleship from previous employer on 7th jan 2013.And i re- joined articleship on 28th jan 2013 at present employer. Apart from the above i taken leave 53 days from previous employer.
And i have passed 1st group of ipcc only.
QUEIRY: Sir please tell me what is due date to complete GMCS-1 course for me. And what is New GMCS course and how to apply this.

As per the new GMCS scheme one who has started their articleship on or after 1-5-2012 has to undergo for two GMCS namely GMCS-1 and GMCS-2 and GMCS -1 shall be undergo in the first year of articleship and GMCS-2 shall be undergo in the last year of your articleship or thereafter. But no maximum limit prescribed to complete. But as per the ICAI norms GMCS-1 shall be undergo in the first year of articleship i.e shall be complete in on year from the date of starting of articleship. So you have to complete your GMCS-1 on or before 11-6-2013.
To join into your GMCS-1 Course please contact your nearest branch of ICAI those providing GMCS they will respond you and answer you how to join etc.... because of these details are different from branch to branch. However fees will be Rs.4000/-
