The New form EST-I proposed for online registration, is it better than ST-I online form. ?

ESI and ST registration is quite different and altogether both the departments are independent and have nothing in common

EST-1 is just proposed and comments are invited form public. Its feedback is yet to be received. Even then it will combine both Service tax and excise so it will be better.
