new company franking charges

08 January 2009 I am in the process of incorporating a private limited company having authorised share capital of Rs. 1,00,000 then for how much amount i have do franking on MOA, AOA & Form 1

Pls note i require franking charges & not ROC filing fees.

MOA Rs 200/- &
AOA Rs ? i don't know

08 January 2009 Franking fees i.e stamp duty in Mumbai

MOA- Rs. 200

AOA - rS.1000 for every rs. 5,00,000 or part thereof, subject to maximum duty of rs. 5,00,000. SO IN UR CASE IT WILL BE rS. 1000/-

Form 1 -RS.100
