01 March 2014 yes for cs professional whole act applicable or notification only

01 March 2014 sorry let me correct myself. Even for CS it is not sure. ICSI has not applied companies act 2013, for June 2014. So you will have to wait for ICSI to come out with clarification for December 14.

please refer to http://icsi.edu/Portals/0/Document2.pdf for ICSI notification for non-applicability for June 14

01 March 2014 i know for june it is not applicable and guide me for ref.book for cs final tax not many but best one

01 March 2014 i would suggest that instead of picking one book, you refer to Bangar for indirect tax part and vinod gupta for direct tax.

01 March 2014 well if you are looking for a corporate profile, the continue with CS and law.

Only if you want a finance profile, you should go for CA.

CS+ law is a wonderful combination for corporate law profile

02 March 2014 i hv been keen interested in practical rather than theory , so main concern is that as law it will take 3 yr especially du its tough , n in ca rt nw concern will be ipcc

02 March 2014 well you can go for Law centre II ARSD college, this can help you given that classes are in the evening. So you can pursue job alongwith law study. And trust me CA is far far more difficult than DU law course. Plus three years of articleship will act as a gap period as you wont be able to pursue your CS professional side or any other course.

rest it is always incumbent on an individual to decide what is the best course of action for him/her.
