18 December 2013 if any partnership firm wish to convert into private Ltd. co. after 18th Dec. 2013 then which Companies Act will Apply ?...& What will be Taxability under Income tax Act.

19 December 2013 You will comply the provisions of Chapter IX of the old Companies Act, because new provision is not applicable as on date.

However, you will make new Company as per Companies Act, 1956 covering 98 sections of new Companies Act, 2013.

There is no changes in Tax Law on Company matter.
