i want to know that in every financial year new bill book is required? Is this mandatory to use new bill book from 1st april??

it is not mandatory , but strongly recommended to maintain new bill book

The bill no. should be unique to each financial year. e.g. 17-18/001 series, 18-19/001 series, etc.
