Its difficult to tell. Still presidents assent required after that it will be notified in official gazzete.
So wait for the official word from ICAI. After the Act comes into force ICAI will issue a notification in this regard.

For Nov 14 do not prepare for Companies Act 1956. Prepare other subjects. Wait for official notification.
