please help me in issuing Net Worth Statement to one of my client company.

the said company is proposed to establish a cement Production unit.
thus for applying concernaed authorities have asked for net worth statement please help me its urgent and

i wanted to knoe whether the director's net worth (of said company) is required are not and also please send me a Net Worth certificate format

it's urgent please help me experts
