what happens to the Company if its networth falls below 50% and what are the remedies available with the company

It depends upon the management which way to adopt. The company may revive if the sound policies be adopted. The company may ruin the remaining net worth if the corrective steps are not being taken.
If it desire to go in BIFR then it should lose its remaining Net Worth or more than it.
