Hellow sir, i am an ipcc student,I want to know what is the role of a CA in negotiations with suppliers to reduce price???

A CA can appraise the team of the financials transactions that has been umdertaken wid the supplier. A CA is awate of the cost structure of the company so he is in a position to take decisions on how much a co. Shud pay

Unless you appoint a CA for negotiation he cannot do so on your behalf. Once he is appointed as your representative he can negotiate with the suppliers and do so he must have that skill and knowledge of the product so that he can bring down the prices for you as a better deal. If required he should study and deal for you but you have to give guidance for the lowest price at which he can close the deal. Once a CA gives you the deal he can be an assets for you
