22 November 2014 hello everyone , how can i solve the problem of negative cash balance in books of accounts. pls give me all possible alternatives to convert it into positive cash balance. thanks in advance.....

23 November 2014 Solution depends on gravity of the transactions, status of the assessee.For general solution- take advances from customers.Or bring capitals of partners in cash.Or create a document to take advance on agreement for sale of some properties.But keep in mind, the advances from each party should not exceed Rs.20,000/- in cash.With further details on the query, alternative solutions may be available.Good luck

25 November 2014 it is not possible to negative cash bal . its means you are not maintain day to day accounting/ cash bal matching.

how can you spent rs. 120 when you have rs. 100/-

suggestion by Mr. Shivaji for increase the cash bal.
