23 March 2023 we are pvt ltd company and we are having office in bangalore and we have gst registration of bangalore as well now we are opening a new office in delhi so did we need the gst registration in delhi also ?

we r pvt ltd company and service provider of social media influencer.

23 March 2023 it is not possible we can use our bangalore gst number ?

23 March 2023 As you are opening Office in Delhi and you will be providing Service from Delhi Location therefore you require to take Number in Delhi and in this case you cannot use Banglore Number

24 March 2023 the service will be provided digitally in that case as well i.e. social media services and calling customers we have to take the separate gst number ?

24 March 2023 If can be substantiated that all the services will be provided from Delhi and not from bangalore then one can argue that registration us not required in Bangalore.

Further, any ITC on any procurement made in Bangalore will become cost to the company.
