Need to refer any book for cs professional exam

11 November 2013 I have Cs professional exam in Dec 2013 ,3 and 4 group, is scanner enough or any book need to be referred?

11 November 2013 Dear,
For Module 3
SM i would suggest you should do alliance portion atleast from module of ICSI as the portion is low and will be madatory for 20 marks. For international trade i referred Sangeet kedia(Notes) + Scanner likely to be asked from scanner. For management first 4 chapter carry highest weightage please refer module for that.
For tax do refer YOGENDRA SIRs BANGAR's notes for CS (as there may be amendments not changed or amended in scanner) the book is specially made for CS each attempt

For MODULE 4

For duedeligence scanner is enough provided that you had done Allaiances(SM), M&A,takeover(CRI),IPO ADR GDR IDR (executive Secutities & compliance law) Thoroughly
For Ethics & sustainability please refer Sangeet kedia (notes) or Module for 30 & 20 marks respectively.
For corporate governance it will be enough to do from scanner looking forward to the days left in exam.
