I need calculator which will calculate interest of fixed deposit fetch during financial year .

example

10,000 deposit on 10.5.2011 for 5 year @ 10% compounded qlty.

interest fetch during
10.5.2011-31.03.2011
01.4.2012-31.03.2013
01.4.2013-31.03.2014
01.4.2014-31.03.2015
01.4.2015-31.03.2016
01.4.2016-10.05.2016

Above is just example but i need calculator for any universal problem like above fd.

A2- ROI
A3- period
(A1*(1+A2/4)^A3^4) apply this formula in excel to get CI

11 March 2012 This is not but i needed . It will just show compound interest.I need interest fetch in each financial year during FD period .

12 March 2012 you wont get interest for each year in a single formulae. in the above formulae you may remove ^4 and make A3 as 1 for 1st year. Then with resultant figure you apply the same formulae for each year.
