After selling a property, you're looking for advice on how to invest the proceeds in property, equity, or debt markets while optimising for tax and financial planning. A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) can help assess your current situation against future goals, focusing on wealth and retirement planning. A Chartered Accountant (CA) will then handle the specific tax implications.

Dear Harshit ji
You require a CFP to take a stock of your existing position vs your adequate future position. A CFP would dive into wealth planning, retirement planning and accordingly restructure your portfolio to achieve desired milestones.
Taxation would be adequately dealt with by a trusted CA.
