which software will be best for maintaining books for e-commerce seller, i don't want to use tally... easy to use need to imports download excel sheets provided by snapdeal flipkart paytm etc. ebay also

basically it depends upon the size of your business.
For a small size, no software as such is required. You can make it by yourself using Microsoft office.

how do other e-commerce seller do? do they build their own software or purchase some...

AS I said, depending upon the SIZE of business, the decision is taken. If you are aiming at say 50+ transactions per day, you should go for some ready made software. If it is say 500+, then tailor made software is better
