WHAT ARE THE NEW T.D.S.RATES,SURCHARGE AND EDUCATION CESS APPLICABLE FOR THE F.Y.2007-08 U/S 194A AND 194C?

there is no change of tax rates with regard to these sections

but surchrge is applicable if payment exceeds 1 crore in case of payment made to a co or partnership firm & E.C is 3%
