Dear Sir,
whether an NBFC can grand loan to employees for subscribing ESOP? which are the applicable provision & compliance in this regard? Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz give a reply at the earliest

You need to check the object clause of the concerned NBFC. If the articles of association of the said NBFC is permitting the LOAN, there is no BAR as such from the other side of the table.
