Nature of rental income

How do we tax the Income received from the letting of space for erecting Telephone Towers on a building? We have received rental income towrds the letting of space to mobile companies which Installed thier towers on our premises and are regularaly paying the rent amount towards this. What is the nature of this rental amount ? Is it a House property Income or Income from other sources
