Dear,
I had applied for name approval for the company which got approved on 12/03/2014. as per previous provision there was 60 days time period to incorporate the co. but as the services of mca was disabled after april. can you suggest upto which date i can incorporate the co. with same approved name or the time period is expired?

please check the site of mca. they have issued the notification for extension of time in such cases.
