My name on all professional documents is changed after marriage but can use my maiden surname and current surname as a style of writing name my CA visiting card.

Maiden full name is Priyanka Subhash Karandikar

The name I wish to print on ny VC
Priyanka Karandikar Sathaye
(Just so that old contacts can connect easily)
