Can we use word "INDIA or BHARTIYA " for applicailty of name for reservation for a pubLic limited company

As per my understanding word India can be used in the proposed name of the company with the previous approval of Central Govt. Kindly refer Rule 8(6)(z) of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.
